I am an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church and a member of the Order of Saint Luke (OSL). I lead spiritual retreats, preach, mentor wherever I am called. My focus is on prayer, sabbath, spiritual disciplines and spiritual direction. I design worship visuals for special settings and enjoy playing Native American flutes. I spend as much time as I can out of doors and am committed to living simply, conscious of our culture's impact on all of Creation.
